About this role

Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a Program Lead Analyst (PLA) to support USARC Analyst Support Services at U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) Headquarters, Fort Bragg, NC. This position leads daily contract operations for one opening, directing a multi-disciplinary team of Engineers, Civilian Personnel Management, and Non-Tactical Vehicle analysts on behalf of the Government customer. The role is designated Key Personnel under the contract, requires a SECRET clearance, and is a full-time, generally 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday, onsite position with telework only as approved by the Government.

This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Lead daily contract operations and act with authority on contract performance matters.

• Oversee G-3/5/7 Engineers, G-1 CPMO, and G-4 NTV support functions.

• Manage staffing continuity, performance, deliverables, schedules, risks, and corrective actions.

• Ensure workforce compliance with qualification, clearance, CAC, and site-access requirements.

• Coordinate recurring reports, deliverables, staffing rosters, and management reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Current and active SECRET Security Clearance; interim SECRET acceptable pending final adjudication before full performance.

• Minimum 7 years of management/supervisory experience.

• At least 4 years of that experience in DoD staff leadership.

• Designated Key Personnel: minimum experience thresholds above are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-site DoD professional-services leadership experience.

• Army/Army Reserve headquarters experience.

• Experience managing geographically dispersed analysts and subject matter experts.

• Background in quality control, staffing, reporting, risk management, and Government-customer coordination.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong leadership and team-management abilities across geographically dispersed staff.

• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with senior Government stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills to manage staffing, deliverables, schedules, and risk simultaneously.

• Sound judgment in resolving performance issues and implementing corrective actions.

• Proficiency with standard office productivity and reporting tools.
