Role Description

This role represents an excellent opportunity in the financial education sector for a Senior Administrator: Short Courses based in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate must be exceptionally well organised and able to combine strong administration, stakeholder coordination, facilitation, project management and attention to detail.

As the Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the development, maintenance, delivery, accreditation and continuous improvement of MBSE short courses, including COB, CPD and other non-credit-bearing courses.

• Managing CPD approval and re-approval processes with relevant Professional Bodies, including timelines, submissions, documentation, budgets and stakeholder communication.

• Coordinating course reviews, updates and Moodle implementation, including course content, learning activities, assessments, facilitation documents and supporting course assets.

• Creating and adapting basic visual course assets, presentations and supporting materials using appropriate graphic-design tools, and liaising with specialist design services where required.

• Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, Professional Bodies, Subject Matter Experts, moderators, facilitators and internal Moonstone departments.

• Coordinating and facilitating face-to-face short-course training sessions, workshops and client interventions, including logistics, materials, attendance records and post-training administration.

• Project managing assigned operational and strategic projects across MBSE, including planning, stakeholder coordination, timelines, risks, documentation and progress reporting.

Reviewing feedback, addressing complaints timeously and recommending improvements to the short-course user experience, systems, processes and learner support.

Who we're looking for:

• The successful candidate will have:

• a relevant NQF 7 qualification and at least five years' working experience in a training environment.

• knowledge of online education, Moodle or another LMS, Microsoft Office and project management.

• knowledge of curriculum/course design and FSCA Fit and Proper requirements would be advantageous.

• strong research, data analysis, planning, organising and project management skills.

• excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.

• facilitation skills for online and in-person training delivery.

• basic to intermediate graphic design and visual-content creation skills.

• excellent time management, negotiation, stakeholder relationship and problem-solving skills.
