Position Title: Executive Assistant
Department: US Mobilization
Reports to: Visionary
This position is: Part-time; Non-exempt.
The Executive Assistant supports the Visionary and fulfills the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of LG’s mission, core values, and leadership values: To mobilize churches to develop laborers and leaders who multiply healthy churches among unreached people groups.
This position provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing their calendars, handling communication, arranging travel, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings, essentially ensuring the executive's day-to-day operations run smoothly and they can focus on strategic priorities. This position exercises a high degree of discretion, analysis, initiative, and independent judgment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the executive's complex schedule, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Manage priorities, tasks, and timelines as related to the priorities set by the Strategic Leadership Team.
• Screen emails and other correspondence, responding to inquiries on the executive's behalf, drafting and editing correspondence.
• Create meeting agendas, distribute materials, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
• Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for business travel.
• Assist with special projects, manage deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Track and submit expenses and reimbursements.
• Map out critical internal and external stakeholders according to priorities.
• Occasionally sit in for the executive within stakeholder meetings.

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Participation in monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE).
