The Role
As a Feed Truck Operator, you’ll play a key role in daily feedlot operations by ensuring cattle are fed accurately, consistently, and on schedule to support animal health and performance.

What You’ll Do
• Feed cattle accurately and consistently according to ration plans
• Mix and deliver feed following specified ingredients and instructions
• Maintain clean bunks, minimize feed waste, and manage silage quality
• Monitor cattle behavior and report health or feeding concerns
• Complete feed records and ensure compliance with feed protocols
• Perform daily equipment checks and follow maintenance schedules
• Support general feedlot operations and assist where needed
What You Bring
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Mechanically inclined and safety-focused
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Experience in agriculture or feedlot operations is an asset
• Equipment operation experience (loader, etc.) preferred
Work Schedule
• Typically, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend and holiday shifts required as scheduled
• Extended hours as needed
