Position Overview
JR & Co. is looking for a Property Insurance Coordinator to operate administrative duties within our growing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) program. In this role you'll help manage insurance claim assignments from intake through close-out, working across multiple assignment management platforms and keeping us aligned with the performance standards our TPA networks expect. You'll be one of the main points of contact for adjusters, carriers, property owners, and our production teams -which means strong customer service is just as important as strong organization.

Essential Functions
• Perform daily administrative duties for claim assignments received through TPA channels
• Complete initial job set-up and move files through assignment, production, and close-out
• Operate across multiple assignment management platforms, keeping documentation accurate and current
• Support TPA network expectations, cycle-time targets, and operational goals
• Serve as a primary point of contact for adjusters, carriers, property owners, and internal production teams
• Communicate job status, schedule changes, and updates to all parties throughout the life of the claim
• Maintain complete, audit-ready claim files
• Support additional branch administrative functions as the TPA program grows
Required Skills and Abilities
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone presence
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Able to learn new software quickly and work in several systems at once
• Able to manage competing deadlines without letting files slip
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Ability to maintain confidential policyholder and claim information
• Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of JR & Co.
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in property insurance, restoration, claims administration, or construction administration preferred
• Familiarity with assignment management platforms (XactAnalysis, Symbility, or similar) preferred
• Must be able to pass the background check required for TPA network access
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
• Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
• Primarily indoors, office environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, working at a computer
