The Opportunity

Key Objective: Warehouse Associate The Warehouse Associate supports production and distribution operations by receiving and organizing products, pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies, and staging finished products for delivery.

Installers rely on the Warehouse Associate to ensure all materials required for installation are accurately prepared, well organized, and easily accessible. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels of finishing products, trim, and other essential materials.

Accurate order fulfillment, timely delivery, organization, and quality are critical to supporting efficient operations and the company’s commitment to providing a First-Class customer experience.

Primary goal: Loads the RIGHT products onto the RIGHT trucks, accurately and on time, with each truck loaded within 15 minutes. Ensure every crew leaves fully prepared with all required materials—eliminating delays and the need for crews to return to the shop or store for items that should have been loaded before departure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording the location of inventory.

• Work with install crews to complete load out in 15 minutes per truck.

• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

• Pull the right products for each order by reviewing the job materials sheets based on customer order

• Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and finish tasks assigned by Management.

• Participate and maintain 5s initiatives. Sort, set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain.

• Clean, organize, and warehouse shop area and equipment, including forklifts, trucks, and tools

• Receive shipments, examine the product, and work with the Production Manager on any missing or damaged product.

• The Warehouse Worker is responsible for knowing what product is here, where it is in the warehouse, and whose job it is.

• Monitor the inventory of finishing materials including sealants and trim.

Position Requirements:

• Valid Alaska Driver’s License

• Clean Driving Record

• Maintain a DOT card

• Detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and receiving.

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company’s auto insurance policy.

• Forklift or willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 50-75lbs

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time

Shift start time: 4:00am End time: 12:00pm
