Job Summary
The Technical Project Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating technical projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, software engineers, BI developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor multiple software and technology projects simultaneously.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Track project progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate communication between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Organize and lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, project plans, and dashboards.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support project deployments.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and up to date.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Escalate project risks and blockers when necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project coordination processes and delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or software implementation.
• Experience coordinating software development or Business Intelligence projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• PMI, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation projects is highly desirable.
• Experience working in client-facing environments.
