You lead your community operations, mentor your team, and represent the core values of Collective every day. The Community Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Collective brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive and professional.

• Meet sales, marketing, and operations goals that achieve and sustain occupancy standards.

• Achieve financial objectives through rent collection and active delinquency management.

• Contribute to revenue, expense reporting, and budget management for the community.

• Conduct personalized tours and drive leasing activity that results in new leases.

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners.

• Follow and adhere to all Fair Housing laws and company compliance standards.

• Monitor multifamily housing market trends and data to inform leasing and pricing decisions.

• Ensure the property's interior and exterior maintain a clean, high-quality appearance.

• Coach, mentor, and inspire team members, leading by example through Collective's core values.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Proficiency with industry software (AppFolio preferred).

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for property tours and travel between sites).

• Offer is contingent on a background check conducted in accordance with applicable law.
