About You and the Role

We are looking for a compassionate Care Support Professional to join our salaried care team at Auriens Chelsea. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents within their private apartments, supporting them to live safely, comfortably, and independently. Working closely with the wider Auriens team and Draycott Nursing & Care, you will deliver support based on each resident’s individual care plan.

This is a full-time, onsite role based at Auriens Chelsea, working on an average of 40.25 hours per week (172.5 per month).

The role operates on a rota covering shifts from 8am to 8pm - 15 shifts a month, averaging 3.5 days per week.

The role will also cover approximately 12 night shifts a year.

During night shifts, the role forms part of the Auriens Night Concierge team, welcoming residents and visitors entering the building. The role also includes delivering scheduled care visits, as well as responding to unscheduled requests and incidents that may arise overnight, ensuring residents receive prompt support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide schedule care visits to residents in their apartment

• Respond to resident requests for support across the Auriens building

• Assist residents with personal care, mobility and daily tasks

• Monitor resident wellbeing and report any concerns

• Maintain accurate care records and follow company policies

• Respond to urgent situations such as, fall, illness or emergency calls

Training
