Cygnet Hospital Maidstone is our state-of-the-art, 64 bed mental health facility for adults situated in the Kent Medical Campus in Maidstone
We are recruiting for a Part-time Evening Receptionist to work 12 hours per week. This will include 3 shifts of four hours between Monday to Friday (4:30pm - 8pm). This role is in a hospital setting and will include one weekend shift on a rota basis.
Your Day-to-Day...
You’ll be working 12 hours a week across three shifts in a hospital setting with older adults with mental health problems and men diagnosed with learning disabilities. An experienced receptionist/administrator used to liaising with customers/clientsOrganised, naturally helpful and a good multi-tasker< li>Computer literate – including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalentKnowledgeable of telephone systemsPolite, friendly & approachable with excellent communication skillsGCSE Maths and English qualified, with a good level of numeracy and literacyDiligent & accurate, with an eye for detail and an understanding of confidentiality.
