JOB DESCRIPTION: Group Product Manager – GI Prima Abbott India Limited MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE We are looking for a dynamic and analytical marketing professional to join our Gastroenterology team as a Group Product Manager. The role will be responsible for driving brand performance through insightful market analysis, strategic planning, and flawless execution of marketing initiatives for a mid-sized brand portfolio. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover growth opportunities. • Analyze market, sales, and customer data to generate actionable insights and support informed decision-making. • Develop and implement impactful brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives. • Own end-to-end execution of brand initiatives, ensuring timely and effective implementation across channels. • Conceptualize, design, and drive innovative marketing campaigns with a strong focus on field activation and on-ground execution. • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless translation of brand strategies into customer-facing activities. • Conduct regular field visits to engage with healthcare professionals and the field force, gathering first-hand insights to refine brand plans and enhance execution excellence. • Track campaign effectiveness, monitor key performance metrics, and recommend optimization opportunities to maximize brand growth. Candidate Profile Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical brand management • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions. • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities and a passion for driving business growth.
