• 支持设备日常问题处理，确保工厂生产线的正常生产 • Solve various process, technical and equipment problems, to make sure production line and equipment run normally.
• 管理并提高设备的运行效率以满足生产需求 • Manage and improve equipment efficiency to meet production requirements.
• 负责工程部相关项目并及时和设备供应商沟通以提供帮助 • Be responsible for engineering related projects.
• 提供工程专业知识和质量体系支持，特别是变更控制，CAPA调查和行动成果 • Provide engineering expertise and support to quality system, especially for change control • CAPA investigation and action achievement
主要职责 Core Job Responsibilities List the 4 or 5 primary tasks or activities this job performs on an ongoing basis.
• 和生产，干混等团队一起工作，理解设备、工艺和操作可能的风险和预防 • Work with Dry blending and package production team and to well understand requirement of processing and operations, and also well anticipate failure modes and possible issues • 与相关部门一起识别干混设备的风险，并制定纠正和预防措施，防止问题的重复发生或者其他新风险 • Work with various team to find the root cause of dry blending and package equipment issues and define/implement corrective and preventive actions, prevent repeat issue and fully consider the potential impact. • 领导 干混设备的改进，干混备的可靠性，干混产能的提升 • Lead proactive improvement of dry blending and equipment: equipment reliability and capacity improvement • 负责制定或更新干混设备的预防性维修计划，并定期评估维修计划的执行效果 • Responsible for establishing or review Dry blending equipment preventive plan and evaluate the implementation effectiveness
• 定期培训技术员/工程师提高维护保养的能力 • Regularly train the technicians/engineers to enhance the capabilities of maintenance in the whole engineering organization • • 支持技术员及时处理设备出现的停机故障，确保设备的整体运行效率达到设定的要求 • Support technician to solve various machine faults to make sure equipment overall efficiency to meet requirements. • • 针对设备出现的一些重大的设备故障，能够领导维修团队解决或者联系国外的供应商及时解决 • For several major equipment faults, lead related maintenance team or cooperate with oversea contractors to solve on time. • • 应用先进的方法和技术降低成本 • Obtain & apply advanced methods and techniques to implement cost reduction programs
• 运用各种系统工具（Maximo, ZPI等）收集生产，维修数据，进行相应的数据分析，生成数据报告，并提出对应的改进意见和改进计划，提高设备可靠性和成本节约 • Independently gathers maintenance and manufacturing performance data(Maximo, ZPI,etc.),and performs preliminary analysis. Reports findings. Prepares and communicates recommendations and respective action plans to drive equipment reliability and cost reduction efforts.
• 负责领导并执行相关的项目的协调和实施，确保项目达到公司的相关要求 • Be responsible for conducting related project and implement, make sure project meet target successfully,
• 负责制定职责范围内系统的SOP, Job aid，以及各种预防性维护的标准化 • Be responsible for developing related SOP, Job aid and PM standardization in scope.
• 和其他部门协调，支持设备预测和预防性维护计划准确及时完成 • Cooperate with other departments, support to complete predictive maintenance plan and preventive maintenance plan on time.
• 作为一个技术专家，提供专业的工程建议，支持变更控制，项目验证，CAPA相关的调查&纠正 • As a technical professional, provide engineering expertise and support to change control, investigations & solution generations related to CAPAs
• 经理安排的其他职责 • Perform any other duties as assigned by manager
最低学历要求Minimum Education Indicate the minimum education level required to perform this job.
• 本科以上学历，机械相关专业 • Bachelor degree ,major in mechanical related discipline
最低经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required Indicate the minimum experience level and/or training required to perform this job.
• 至少5年干混或者包装设备行业的工作经验，熟悉粉传送系统，干混系统 • At Least 5 work experiences in powder transfer system, dry blending system
• 良好的沟通，领导能力，解决问题能力，人际关系和团队合作能力 • Good communication, leadership, problem solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• 熟悉Office，AutoCAD等相关软件 • Be familiar with office, AutoCAD, and other related software
• 良好的中英文阅读，写作，听力和口语能力 • Good read, write, listen and speak in English and Mandarin The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
