JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide support to Quality Control Manager, Validation team, Stability Section, Packaging Materials and Finish Goods for all activities taking place in QC and technical problem resolution.
Major Responsibilities:
• Assist Quality Control Manager to make sure the QC activities do not result in delay or non-availability of product/material, delay in introduction of new products, delay in implementation of CIP • To ensure that all Physical, Chemical, and instrumental testing are being performed as per authorized procedures for Finished Goods, Stability, Packaging and Raw materials and in process products • Review of daily planning of QC Lab and support for EHS activities • Disposition of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials within agreed upon lead time and review of analytical data before final disposition • Support Quality Control Manager / QC Staff for technical problem resolution in QC Lab • To ensure timely completion of Non-Volume Related Activities (Test Method Validation, Cleaning validation, CSV, Training Schedule, Reference Standards, annual Calibration/Maintenance Schedule and adherence, LIR preparation, ER/CR raises and activities) • Plan and implement certification and reorientation schedule for all analysts and maintain the record • To ensure that one lot of raw materials which are included in list of skip testing must be tested (full specification) at least once a year or as required by procedure
Education/Knowledge & Experience:
• Science Graduate/Master; preferably Pharm D • 5-6 years’ experience in the same capacity • Proficient in MS Office • Teamwork and problem-solving skills The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
