• Lead and inspire a team of cooks, sharing your passion and expertise • Set the pace and tone for a high-performing, efficient kitchen • Forecast prep needs and manage sushi station operations • Ensure compliance with all state restaurant health codes and regulations What You Bring
• 2+ years’ experience as a line cook • Expert knife skills and ability to work under pressure • Experience working across multiple kitchen stations • Experience leading a culinary team • Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control
