Atlantic HS has an opening for a Head Wrestling Cheer Coach. The duties of this position include develoing and implementing cheer routines, foster a team spirit and promote a positive and supportive environment for the participants. Key Responsibilities: -Plan, organize and conduct practices -Teach and reinforce cheer techniques and safety protocols -Supervise cheerleaders before and during matches and tournaments -Coordinate logistics with the Activites Director for home and away events, State series, transportation, and other needs -Recruit, selcet and manage the particpants -Communicate effectively with particpants, parents, adminstration, wrestling coaches and media -Uphold Atlantic and ICCA guidelines -Be a role model for our particpants
