SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS – New Hire Incentive UNIONVILLE-CHADDS FORD SCHOOL DISTRICT Kennett Square, PA Regular Bus Drivers am/pm needed Starting salary $21.85 per hour No experience is necessary. Full paid CDL training provided.
NEW HIRE INCENTIVE Hiring incentive for new hires:
• $500 after one month of successful driving service*
• $500 after six months of successful driving service
• $500 after 12 months of successful driving service
• $500 after 24 months of successful driving service
*if hired after 5/1, incentive paid in 2nd pay in Sept. of following school year RETIREES looking for part-time work are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications
• Clean driving record
• Class B, CDL license with current “S” endorsement (will train)
• Current State-mandated clearances and MVR check required before hire.
• Ability to work independently, read a map, and follow written directions.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work, interact, and cooperate with others.
Clearances required for employment: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151) Pennsylvania State Criminal Record Check (Act 34) Federal Criminal History Record Check (Act 114) Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release: Unionville-Chadds Ford School District uses an online process for submission and processing of required Act 168 forms.
