What You’ll Do Teach core academic subjects (you’ll be assigned one) to small groups of students Plan creative and interactive lessons that meet students where they are Build trust and create a safe space for learning and growth Track attendance and grades, and help students set goals Work with other educators to share ideas and build success Tutor students 1-on-1 or in small groups Use both in-person and digital tools (yes, we blend tech + human interaction) Be a mentor, motivator, and life-changer—all in a day’s work You’ll Thrive Here If You Are...
