Qualifications: Holds or qualifies for a West Virginia Professional or Temporary Service Certificate endorsed for school psychologist. Length of Employment: Until Employee Returns or Resigns Responsibilities: The LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE School Psychologist shall have the duties as outlined in the job description.
