QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in event management, athletics programming, or youth development preferred Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Current CPR/AED certification preferred. High School Diploma or GED Required.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Gameday Manager serves as the lead administrator of the facility during school-hosted athletic events. They ensure all event operations run smoothly by overseeing facility support, managing crowds, and fostering a safe, welcoming environment for students, families, and attendees.
DISTRICT AND SCHOOL PRIORITY ALIGNMENT
Align actions with district and school values and core priorities. Evaluated based on the efficacy of aligned actions.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the lead administrator of the facility during assigned athletic events.
Ensure the facility has proper support coverage for gate, concessions, official book, and clock operations.
Manage crowd control and promote a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all attendees.
Ensure alignment with district facility use policies and safety guidelines.
Demonstrate leadership in troubleshooting challenges during events to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
Serve as an on-site liaison between school administration, coaches, and attendees to ensure smooth event operations.
Demonstrates high levels of professional leadership and integrity.
Maintain appropriate professional appearance.
Perform other duties consistent with the position assigned as may be requested by the Principal or District Youth Athletics Coordinator.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of athletic event management and facility operations.
Knowledge of district safety policies and regulations.

Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
Requires the ability to manage crowds in indoor and outdoor settings.
Ability to lift 50 pounds or less regularly.
