West Franklin U.S.D. # 287 Assistant Middle School Boys Basketball Coach TITLE: Assistant Middle School Boys Basketball Coach SY26-27 Position Description:The Middle School Assistant Boys Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting in coaching, training, and mentoring the basketball team. This includes assisting with practice plans, teaching fundamental and advanced basketball skills, preparing the team for games and competitions, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment. The assistant coach will work closely with school staff, communicate with parents, and promote the basketball program within the community. Terms of Employment:Salary and work year will be determined in accordance with the Negotiated Agreement. Evaluation:Performance will be evaluated by building administration annually.
