About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,300 students and employs 750+ employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12. Position Overview & Responsibilities Responsible for directing and overseeing the Health Services program for the District. Serves as a liaison between school, parents and community in health related matters. For more information, please see the job description for this position. Start date: September 1-October 30, 2026 [October 15 & 16, 2026 are non-work days; no evening or conference hours.] FTE: 1.0 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-03:30pm Requirements & Qualifications Requires Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Nursing and R.N. License, Public Health Nursing Certificate from the Department of Health and State Department of Education School Nurse License, and all requirements of the MN Professional Education Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) licensure as a School Nurse (LSN). Salary & Benefits Wages: Long-Term Substitute Certified Staff Rate with appropriate Certification from PELSB: $259.63/day. Position is salaried and exempt, but total salary will depend on finalized length of assignment. Benefits: Available but without district contribution for fully certified teacher if contract days are less than 30; fully certified teachers with assignments longer than 30 days are entitled to District Contribution at the Full-time (1.0 FTE) benefit level.
