Gering Middle School is seeking paraprofessionals to add to their team for the 2026-27 school year. A classroom paraprofessional is needed to provide student support. This position would entail approximately 7.5 hours of service per day, Monday-Friday, when school is in session. The role of a classroom paraprofessional is to assist students in classes with accomodations and modifications as needed. Further details regarding this position can be found HERE. The Board of Education, in conjunction with the Superintendent and the Gering Education Association, annual review the compensation format and needs of our staff in order to keep a competitive pay structure in place.
