Assisting the Cook in a busy Childcare Centre. Duties will include: ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. Sorting and storing ingredients. Washing, peeling, chopping and cutting foodstuffs as well as helping to prepare meals. QQI training is available with these positions.
