Twenty (20) Health Care Assistants required in Danu Home Care Ireland Limited T/A, previously Ann's Home Care Ireland, which is located at Suite 6, First floor, Omega House, Collinstown Cross, Cloghran, Co. Dublin. These roles are within domiciliary services and are based within the community. Duties and responsibilities include: assisting clients with personal care and practical needs, monitoring clients health and well-being, assistance with activities of daily living such as shopping, light housework, meal preparation and feeding. Medication prompting, transferring clients with poor mobility using the hoist and assistance with short walk, ensuring client safety through a high level of observation skills, accurate recording and reporting. Must have experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of related healthcare disciplines an advantage. Must also have a QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification in progress or completed, or willingness to work towards same. Salary: €32,691 per annum. Hours: 39 per week.
