An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Consultant in the Diabetes and Endocrinology service in Bolton.
Main duties of the job
This opportunity will involve working as part of a team responsible for assessing and treating patients in inpatients and outpatient settings. This will include the diabetes antenatal lead role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Bolton's Endocrinology and Diabetes service. You will work alongside a friendly, supportive, and professional integrated team comprising of Consultants, Specialist Nurses, Dietitians, Podiatrists and Clinical Health Psychology to provide a safe, effective and efficient care environment for patients, relatives and carers.

Qualifications & Professional Registration Essential
Basic Medical Qualification M.R.C.P. GMC registered On the specialist register in Gen. Med., Diabetes & Endocrinology or on the register by the time of taking up appointment
Desirable
MD or PhD
Experience Essential
Specialist Register in Diabetes and endocrinology or within six months of entry at time of application
Membership Essential
Membership of Association of Clinical Diabetologists
Training Essential
Significant experience of Acute Medicine
