Main duties of the job We are seeking a highly motivated and expert estates specialist to join our Estates and Facilities Team to act as the Responsible Person for Water Safety and as a Estates Liaison on capital schemes for estates matters. In this role youll act as the key liaison on estates matters between our Operational Estates Teams and our Capital Team colleagues. As the key liaison between our ongoing multi-million-pound capital redevelopment programmes and operational estates, you will ensure that all builds and refurbishments strictly integrate robust water safety infrastructure and overall estates compliance.
Serving as the Trusts Responsible Person (Water Safety) / Authorised Person, you will provide expert technical advice, ensuring that all designs, installations, and commissioning activities comply with HTM 04-01 (Safe water in healthcare premises) and relevant Water Supply Regulations. You will act part of the Senior Team of Operational Estates and may could be expected to be part of an on call rota.
