GP PRACTICE NURSES
JOB VACANCY
REDWOOD PRACTICE, DARTFORD, KENT
We are looking for 2 experienced Practice Nurses to join our friendly and supportive GP Practice in Dartford, Kent.
These are key roles within the clinical team and we are looking for candidates who are confident and competent in delivering high quality care in a busy general practice setting, working closely with our GPs, ACP, Health Care Assistant and the wider practice team.
Key responsibilities include:
Chronic disease management and reviews (Diabetes, Asthma, COPD)
Immunisations and vaccinations
Cervical screening
Wound care and dressings
Health checks and routine nursing clinics
Patient education and health promotion
Supporting practice-based clinical services
We are looking for registered nurses who are NMC registered, experienced in primary care, confident working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, compassionate, professional and patient-focused and able to provide excellent clinical care and communication.
We are also looking for a candidate who can progress and take on the Lead Practice Nurse role within the Practice.
Days and hours are negotiable and we are offering a competitive salary based on experience.
