We are looking for a confident Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care. We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 38.5 hours a week (Shift Patterns: Day Shift 07:15am - 19:45pm & Night Shift 19:15pm - 07:45am) at Cygnet Adarna House.
Cygnet Adarna House is our rehabilitation service for men with mental illness and a secondary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Supporting nine men, we provide a homely and community facing environment for individuals who are preparing for community life, but need further support to move to more independent living.
Your Day-to-Day
Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observationsWork closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve qualityAttend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursingUnder NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.You are
Open, compassionate, honest & resilient Newly Qualified or Experienced RMN with a current Pin NumberCapable to maintain documentation and undertake auditsWell informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practicesAble to deputise in a clinical lead roleFocused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce riskHelping to empower & support service user independence.Why Cygnet?
