Major DutiesThis position is located in the Division of Gas - Environment & Engineering in Washington, DC in the Office of Energy Projects. As a GENERAL ENGINEER some of your typical work assignments include: Analyzing engineering resource issues as they relate to the construction and modification of proposed natural gas facilities. Reviewing applications and environmental reports filed with the Commission, determining the adequacy of the data supplied. Assisting members of multidisciplinary teams assigned to prepare engineering sections on staff NEPA documents and orders.
