SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE One-year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service in providing comprehensive management oversight, analysis, and strategic guidance for provider templates and patient appointing services to ensure beneficiaries receive care within access to care standards and experience standardized referral management services.
Major DutiesImplements process improvements to ensure clinic functions meet the needs of the market and demands of the populationAnalyzes and coordinates implementation for significant process changesManages the clinical aspects of several training and proficiency enhancement seminarsUses all sources of information to assist the clinical staff in resolving issues and implementing solutions through automation and data processingProvide direct oversight of the appointing program manager and system administrator for the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) appointing systemDirectly supervises the Group Practice Managers Product Line Managers, the Patient Appointments Supervisor, Program Assistant for Health Systems and Department Administrative Assistant.
