Major DutiesYou will serve as a Pipefitter Supervisor I, exercising full supervisory responsibility over work operations involving non-supervisory pipefitter mechanicsYou will plan work schedules of subordinates and establish priorities on the basis of general work schedules methods and instructions from higher levels of supervision.You will make recommendations concerning training requirements, skills, and qualifications of personnel.You will instruct subordinates regarding work requirements, methods, procedures, safe work practices and scheduling requirements.You will carrie out Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and communicates support of these policies to subordinates.
