Major DutiesYou will plan, assign, coordinate and direct work operations and functions for the subordinates.You will review assigned job orders, workload data, plans, specifications, sketches and instructions.You will coordinate availability of any special tools, materials, equipment, and assist with trade help required.You will provide input on the planning of current and future work schedules, budgets, and staffing needs.You will instruct workers on proper work methods, difficult work operations, use and care of equipment, and safe work practices.You will provide guidance on performance of temporary services; review procedures and equipment requirements; and initiate procurement as needed.
