Major DutiesYou will supervise electrician workers performing Nuclear and/or Non-Nuclear operations.You will oversee nuclear production facility work that includes and are not limited to: checkouts and refurbishment of nuclear electrical cabling; cleaning, repairs and inspections on vital and non-vital switchboards.You will review assigned job orders, workload data, plans, specifications, sketches and instructions; plan weekly/monthly work schedules and worker assignments; plan sequence of work operations for subordinates..You will instructs workers on proper work methods, difficult work operations, use and care of equipment, and safe work practices.You will maintain records of subordinates' time and manhour charges to assigned job orders; work progress, accidents, injuries, and causes of these; and prepare reports.
