Team Lead - Fidelity Philanthropic Services (FPS)

The Role
The Team Lead - Non-Proft Experience operates in a service team environment and will report to the Senior Manager, Non-Profit Experience. The position requires an individual with excellent customer service skills, an understanding of Non- Profit Operations and the ability to manage priorities well. Additionally, the individual will foster a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other business partners. The Team Lead should possess superior communication skills to effectively communicate in situations such as escalated calls with customers, coaching/feedback to associates as well as communicating openly with colleagues, both internal and external. This role has the potential to be high-profile with exposure to senior leaders across all Service Delivery Operations within Charitable.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
