Your leadership, ideas, and contributions as Global Competence Manager at HVDC will be essential for strengthening our competence development across the organization. This will ensure we are prepared for future competence needs, digitalization, and life-long learning.

With your experience in digital learning, you will work with and develop methods to reskill and upskill our employees. So, bring your leadership, strategic mindset, and communicative style, since you will drive the execution of strategic competence development globally within HVDC!
How you'll make an impact
Strategically drive and contribute to competence development initiatives across the organization-both those triggered by business needs and those you identify proactively.Identify potential tools and processes to support our strategy - such as digital knowledge sharing and development of digital learning.Increase collaboration, create transparency and share experiences within the Hitachi Energy organization.Contribute to transfer of knowledge and Internal training content.Maintain an overview of the competencies within HVDC and streamline competence development initiatives.Continuously develop your area of responsibility and stay informed about future trends in learning and competence development.Actively participate in competence-related networks both within Hitachi Energy and externally. Engage in networks relevant to our field and promote global cooperation within HVDC Your background
You hold a university degree in behaviour science, or similar degree.Balance stakeholders with ease with political savvy.Experience within the field of competence development and/or strategic work.Proven experience in digital learning and competency developmentStrong, well-developed communication, coaching and leadership skills.As person you are organized, accurate and with a high change adaptability and strategic thinking.Fluency in English - both spoken and written.
