How you'll make an impact
Pioneer Process Optimization: Develop and fine-tune processes to boost stability, tool availability, and production efficiencyMaster Statistical Control: Utilize advanced techniques like statistical analysis and fault detection/classification to maintain robust process controlTroubleshoot with Precision: Act decisively to address out-of-spec lots, release processes, and solve production challenges swiftlyDrive Innovation: Lead or support projects aimed at improving fab capacity, enhancing process capability (Cpk/Ppk), boosting yields, and reducing costsDocument and Report Excellence: Coordinate detailed qualification reports and ensure seamless production workflowsChampion New Equipment: Spearhead new equipment installation projects, including defining requirements, factory acceptance tests, process qualification, and tool releaseEnsure Quality Compliance: Maintain and elevate quality standards across all production processesFoster a Safe Environment: Actively contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement Your background
A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in industry or Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience in industryHands-on experience in PVD metal deposition systems and PECVD dielectric processing for semiconductor wafers fabrication, and related equipment engineeringExperience in data analysis and problem-solving toolsProficiency in presenting data and resultsStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetFluent in English and GermanAbility to work in a Clean-Room environmentGood command of Microsoft Office applications and data-driven decision-making tools More about us
