As the Quality Engineer, you will lead quality engineering initiatives that improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and customer satisfaction. You will drive continuous improvement efforts, champion compliance with industry standards, mentor engineering teams, and serve as the technical authority on quality systems, methodologies, and best practices.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline required Experience:
8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated experience applying advanced quality tools and methodologies in a production settingProven success leading continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and cost reduction initiativesExperience supporting new product introduction and manufacturing process developmentEquivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong knowledge of quality engineering tools and methodologies, including DOE, MSA, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, and structured problem-solving techniquesExpertise in manufacturing quality systems and process control methodologiesAbility to analyze complex technical data and identify opportunities for improvementStrong financial and business acumen, including understanding of planning, delivery, and P&L considerationsUnderstanding of organizational strategies and how site capabilities support business objectivesAbility to lead projects with significant scope and technical complexityExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and change management capabilitiesAbility to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment Preferred Qualifications:
