How You'll Make an Impact Collaborate with senior management to review curriculum and identify new training needsAssess team performance and recommend solutions to address gaps and enhance resultsOversee the rollout of training and leadership development programs, ensuring successful adoptionDefine objectives for all training initiatives and measure their effectivenessProvide coaching and development to employees during and after training sessionsCoordinate resources, schedules and logistics for seamless training deliveryManage external resources to optimize quality and cost efficiencyStay current with learning strategies and facilitate training sessions as needed Working Conditions Fast paced office environmentTravel as required

Required Qualifications

Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience Experience 5+ years training experience3+ years management experience2+ years project management experienceCall Center experience Skills Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate across all levels of the organizationProfessional interaction with the publicAbility to maintain confidentialityEffective under pressure with sound decision-making and problem-solving skillsProject management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficient with computers, spreadsheets, databases and MS Office applicationsAbility to work independently and lead teamsAdvanced skills in evaluating training impact and knowledge of adult learning principlesSkills in teambuilding, facilitation and presentation #LI-JL3 HTR500 2026-80576 2026
