Tarmac is embarking on one of its most significant transformation programmes, and we're looking for an exceptional Change, Communications & Training Lead to play a pivotal role in its success.

As part of Project Falcon, you'll lead the people side of a major business transformation, delivering the change strategy for the implementation of a new order-to-dispatch system across the organisation. This is a high-profile opportunity to influence senior leaders, engage frontline teams, and ensure lasting adoption across multiple sites and business functions.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Change, Communications & Training Lead , you'll own the end-to-end change strategy and readiness approach for Project Falcon.

Leading a team of change, communications and training specialists, you'll ensure employees are engaged, equipped and ready for change at every stage of the programme.

Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering the overall change strategy, roadmap and success measuresLeading and inspiring a multidisciplinary Change Management teamDriving stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and resistance management strategiesOverseeing programme communications through dedicated communications specialistsEnsuring effective training design, delivery and adoption through the training functionEstablishing business readiness frameworks and providing go/no-go recommendations to programme governanceMonitoring adoption metrics and implementing targeted interventions where neededManaging change risks, dependencies, budgets and resource planningBuilding strong relationships with senior leaders, operational teams and key stakeholders across the business Supporting successful go-live, hypercare and transition into business-as-usual operations What We're Looking For

You'll be a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

We're looking for someone who combines strong leadership skills with practical transformation experience and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels. You'll Bring: Proven experience leading change management for large-scale technology or operational transformation programmesExperience developing change strategies, governance frameworks, readiness assessments and adoption measuresStrong leadership experience across change, communications and training functionsExpertise in stakeholder engagement, sponsor activation and resistance managementExperience managing programme risks, budgets, resources and dependenciesThe ability to provide evidence-based readiness insights to senior governance groupsExcellent communication, facilitation and influencing skillsDesirable Experience Manufacturing, logistics, building materials or other operationally intensive industriesERP-enabled transformation programmesSAP or order-to-dispatch system implementationsMulti-site deployment and rollout environmentsQualifications Degree-level education or equivalent professional experienceChange Management certification such as Prosci, APMG Change Management or CMI is highly desirable
