Job Description:
Seeking a VP or Director to join a small, high-impact Global Investment Strategy team reporting directly to the Chief Investment Strategist. The client-facing role centers on researching global markets and economies, analyzing data across asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, currencies, and alternatives), and shaping firmwide investment views.
The candidate will work alongside their Senior Analyst in all aspects of the research process, including but not limited to the following:
Demonstrate strong knowledge of a wide variety of asset classes (stocks, bonds, commodities, derivatives, among others)Perform complex financial analysisWrite regular reports on market events impacting different asset classesWork with Senior Analyst to develop key themesDevelop databases integral to different research productsParticipate and contribute to client meetings and eventsClosely follow and understand market and industrySeek out new, value-added, and/or unusual sources of informationLeverage our robust network of industry and internal analyst contactsInteract regularly with clients Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree or equivalent years of experienceMinimum of 4-7 years of experienceAlong with Finance, should have an understanding of economics, macroeconomic factors, international affairs, and policy/politicsStrong writing and analytical skills, must be an expert at MS Word and MS ExcelMust enjoy working in databases and websites, and doing desktop and field researchMust have excellent communication skills, written and verbalMust have strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$200,000.00 - $300,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
