Essential Responsibilities Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine and aero-derivative engine repair.Follow work instructions to complete assigned tasks, which may include blasting, polishing, heat treatment, and other production processes.Ensure product quality standards are met while maintaining proper equipment care, production schedules, and workplace housekeeping.Comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Secondary education or equivalent qualification.NTC, ITE certification, or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.Relevant experience in thermal spray, coating, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, turbine repair, or a related field is advantageous.Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, as structured on-the-job training will be provided.Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.Willingness to work rotating shifts.
