Job Description: This job is responsible for leading a team focused on maintaining and growing the Bank's market share while serving as a bank ambassador to the business community. Key responsibilities include assisting the Market Executive with establishing and executing the market strategy, developing talent, and attending client meetings with the market leadership team. Job expectations include overseeing overall team performance, championing change, and ensuring the right strategies are implemented to deliver solutions for both clients and employees.
Responsibilities:
Deliver for Clients:Ensures delivery of the investment and fiduciary platform, credit and banking solutions, and digital capabilities to clientsInspects routines and processes to ensure quality meaningful interactions that improve the overall client experienceAnalyzes client team performance and key metrics to determine areas of opportunity and follows-up with targeted solutions/coachingParticipates in targeted pre-calling planning and joint calling with teams to help close business and identify development needs
Risk Management:Ensures Private Bank/regulatory compliance and risk policies are understood, align with our risk framework and are consistently applied within the marketEscalates key risk issues to ensure timely and effective resolution
Drives Responsible Growth in the Market:Executes against Private Bank strategy and priorities tailored to local market dynamic and competitor footprintSupports market routines, including CMP execution and BCE adoption to deliver the enterprise and drive cross-LOB referrals and business integration targetsEstablishes strong relationships with key clients, prospects, COIs and business partners
Talent Management:Recruits, hires, develops and retains talentParticipates with leadership team on comp and resource decisioningCollaborates with market leadership and key partners to support employee development Required Skills:
FINRA Licenses Required: S7, S66 OR S63 & S65, S24Demonstrated track record of delivering business results and driving responsible growth as a sales practitioner and/or sales leaderDeep understanding of high net worth clients' needs and solutionsStrong business judgment and decision makingAbility to attract, select, diagnose performance gaps to develop and retain talentDeep and wide knowledge of Private Bank and enterprise capabilities with ability to work collaboratively to make connections, resolve issues & remove obstaclesCommunicates in a clear and compelling manner with employees, clients, and enterprise partners (executive presence)Strong influencing, listening, probing & relationship management skills (high EQ) Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$210,000.00 - $307,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
