Qualifications:
3+ years of experience supporting a senior-level managerAdvanced proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, polished presence with strong customer service orientationStrong phone, calendar management, and travel coordination skillsExperience with expense reporting and working in dynamic, changing environmentsAbility to handle sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment Responsibilities:
Provide advanced, confidential administrative support to senior-level managementCommunicate with executives and line management to gather and convey informationManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference callsArrange domestic and international travel, including securing visasProcess and track expense reportsRead, screen, and respond to incoming mail; ensure follow-through on requestsLiaise with external groups when coordinating events or executive travelWork with Sales to plan itineraries, coordinate points of contact, and support conference logisticsTrack speaking engagements, meetings, and conference calls in internal web-based systemsAssist with preparing presentations and shepherding them through publishing and compliance processesCoordinate production and delivery of materials for meetings and conferencesCollaborate with other office assistants and provide backup support as needed Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Pay range
$25.00 - $52.34 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
