Bar Manager : Soho House Tel Aviv
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager to lead the bar operation at Soho House Tel Aviv, ensuring excellent service, strong team leadership and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily bar operation and maintain high service standards. Manage, motivate and develop the bar team. Ensure a warm, knowledgeable and consistent member and guest experience. Oversee scheduling, briefings, training and team performance. Manage stock, ordering, inventory, wastage and beverage costs. Support cocktail menus, seasonal drinks and special events. Ensure consistency, cleanliness, safety and compliance across the bar. Work closely with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Events teams. Handle feedback and resolve operational issues effectively. Lead by example during busy services.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a senior bar leadership role within a high-volume hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service. Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills. Hands-on approach and ability to work calmly under pressure. Experience managing stock, costs and team performance. Passion for hospitality and creating an excellent member and guest experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Fluent English; Hebrew is an advantage.
