We're looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Sales Analyst to help transform how data is collected, managed, analyzed, and presented across our Sales organization.
In this role you will partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams. You'll play a critical role in turning complex data into meaningful insights that support business growth, improve performance, and drive better decision-making.
This role goes well beyond standard reporting. You'll have the opportunity to help build the foundation for how the business manages sales and operational performance data, providing strategic insight into opportunities, risks, and trends that directly impact business results.

As a Sales Analyst, you'll serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by developing dashboards, executive reporting, performance metrics, and advanced analytical insights that support sales and partnership activities. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify trends, improve reporting visibility, and develop recommendations that drive growth and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical analytics expertise with strong business acumen and the ability to communicate insights effectively across a variety of audiences.
Other key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutionsAnalyzing operational, sales, pipeline, and account portfolio data to identify trends and business opportunitiesSupporting pipeline management, forecasting, and scenario modeling activitiesDelivering weekly and monthly reporting with meaningful insights and recommendationsDeveloping presentations and reporting for leadership teams and business reviewsPartnering with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Account Management teams to support business objectivesTranslating business questions into actionable analysis and recommendationsSupporting KPI development, reporting standardization, and data governance initiativesProactively identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for business improvementWorking across multiple systems and data sources to improve reporting accuracy and business visibility What will you bring to the role?
Required:
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role supporting operational teamsHands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics platformsStrong SQL experienceAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modelingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience presenting data, trends, and insights to stakeholdersAbility to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracyAbility to anticipate business needs Strong communication skills for executive audiences Preferred:
