Key Responsibilities
Take customer orders accurately and efficientlyUse suggestive selling to increase sales and enhance the guest experienceEnter orders correctly into the POS systemPrepare and deliver drinks promptlyHandle payments and provide accurate changeMaintain full accountability for cash and transaction accuracyDeliver friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic customer service
Required Experience & Skills
At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurantStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPhysical ability to Llift up to 50 poundsRemain mobile and work at a fast pace for shifts up to 8 hoursMust be 18 years of age or older
