How You'll Make an Impact Lead workforce planning and staffing strategies across 3PL partners to optimize coverage and sales readinessMonitor staffing trends, productivity metrics, and workforce capacity to identify and address operational gapsConduct operational reviews and oversee visitation schedules to assess staffing effectiveness and maintain complianceDrive accountability for workforce performance standards, onboarding programs, and training completion across all partner locationsPartner with Learning & Development teams to deploy leadership programs and lead ongoing coaching initiatives to enhance execution and customer experienceManage inventory levels, equipment deployment, and operational supply readiness by partnering with Supply Chain teams to resolve variances and improve efficienciesMaintain operational dashboards and key performance indicators while ensuring adherence to procedures, policies, audit requirements, and brand standards Working Conditions Retail environment with exposure to moderate noise levelsTravel required to multiple locations for operational oversightProfessional attire and appearance expected

Required Qualifications
Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience 5+ years experience with operational protocols in third party sales environments3+ years management experience
