CO Salary Range: USD 75,200.00 - 120,000.00 per year

As a Senior Procurement Specialist at Spectrum, you will lead cross-functional teams to select products and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver the best price, quality, and business terms. How You'll Make an Impact
With minimum guidance from senior team members, manage complex strategic sourcing activities in procurement consisting of soliciting bids, analyzing supplier responses, and making recommendations on supplier awardsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate analytical efforts and to define business requirements for procurement projectsLead supplier negotiations using competitive benchmarking and comparative analysisResearch and develop adequate sources of supplyEvaluate the financial stability of potential suppliersPerforms required business analysis including total cost of ownershipProvide fact-based recommendations based on competitive benchmarking and comparative analysisContinuously seek out cost savings opportunities and lead efforts to realize those savingsManages supplier performance Working Conditions

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience 2+ years of procurement experience Skills

The base pay for this position generally is between $75,200.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
