What you will be doing
Maintain and update our HubSpot CRM and related sales documentationReview incoming leads and help pre-qualify them based on agreed criteriaSupport the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials in PowerPointHelp gather and structure information for sales conversations and client presentationsCoordinate and support day-to-day sales operations to keep response times short and workflows running smoothlyWork closely with the sales team on ongoing opportunities across Berlin Bytes and Kambria
We need you to have
Must-have
German and English - business fluentStrong AI literacy and practical experience using AI tools for content creationGood PowerPoint skills and an eye for clean, structured presentation designConfident handling of routine sales operations and administrative tasksA basic understanding of the GermanMittelstand/ SME marketReliable, structured, and able to work independentlyStrong advantage
Experience in B2B marketing, sales support, or consultingFamiliarity with HubSpotInterest in software, digital products, and AI-enabled servicesExperience creating pitch decks, proposals, or other client-facing sales materialsNice-to-have
Experience supporting proposals for platform, enablement, or digital transformation topicsAvailability to work consistently across the week; ideally at least 3 days per week
