About this role

We are recruiting for this position on behalf of our partner, bunch capital.

bunch is building the backbone of private markets, enabling next-generation fund operations through one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows, and expert fund services.

If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful and ambitious team, this role might be for you.

bunch is looking for a (Senior) Finance & Accounting Manager to be the backbone of its day-to-day financial operations. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of accounting, billing, payroll, and process improvement. You will be responsible for key financial operations, including preparatory accounting (vorbereitende Buchhaltung), spend management, and client invoicing across all bunch entities. We are looking for someone with a strong accounting foundation who has expanded – or would like to further expand – into broader finance topics and take on more responsibility across the finance function.

You will gain direct exposure to the full finance function of a fast-growing fintech, report directly to the Head of Finance, and have the opportunity to grow your role within the Finance Team over time. Candidates with appropriate senior-level experience may join at Senior Manager level.
